Covertite is a large commercial and roofing contractor that has operated in Eastern Ontario and Quebec for over 70+ years. Our firm has extensive experience in all types of roofing including built-up roofing, inverted, and single ply systems.
Track Record
We have roofed literally thousands of buildings ranging in size from five hundred square feet to five hundred thousand square feet. We will not gamble to the detriment of the owner and this fact likely accounts for the roughly one hundred million square feet of successful roofing we have applied in Ontario and Quebec.
Industry Commitment
Covertite is a dedicated member of numerous local and national construction associations. In fact, the found of Covertite (Albert Warner) was fundamental in the establishment of the Canadian Roofing Contractors Association (CRCA), as well as the Quebec Master Roofers Association.
Manpower
Our onsite foremen have many years of practical experience, allowing them to deal with virtually every onsite condition and train the men under them in the intricacies of the trade. In the course of the last several years, three of our foremen have celebrated 25 years of service with our firm.
Safety Program
Safety is a top priority at Covertite. We are a proudly COR certified firm, and have been honoured with the Vic West Safety Award; the highest achievement in safety that a roofing contractor can obtain in the Province of Ontario. Covertite’s outstanding safety record has been a source of pride which has led to the winning of numerous prestigious contracts.
Education
Our firm has always had a strong commitment to staying up-to-date with the current developments in the roofing industry. We subscribe to all of the prominent roofing journals and attend numerous trade shows and seminars every year.
